The fourth album of the Siberian project. This time Sever has presented a wider revelation of his visions, obviously digressing from folk influences and paying more attention to rhythmics and elaboration of the compositions. Aggressive drums, solemn melodies and exultation on the verge… on the verge of the dark wanderings amid withering forests under the leaden skies.

Putrid Karelian marshes, relentless rain, beating in your face till it bleeds. METI BHUVAH take up what once was started  by Mr. Ildjarn. Raw sound and savage primitivism, rough guitar patterns and rhythm sections, awesome with their vibe. Everything is plain but really thrilling. The stream of energy and dark colours.

Recently we’ve received the master CD of the second album of SICK ROOM 7! Very dark and sick music which style is difficult to define. Danes themselves call it Ambient Doom. It may be so but the palette is broader, and brainstorm is much deeper. Black and perverse music. Expect this autumn!

SICK ROOM 7. We inform you about the preliminary agreement with the Danish band SICK ROOM 7, the first foreign band on ASSAVLT!! We’ll describe the style and the collective image of these Scandinavian coma-walkers a bit later, and now we suggest you visit their MYSPACE page and listen to the promo-samples from their second album “Bottomfeeder Central“. Really dark and strange music!

: : LAUNCH OF THE HOWL : :
We’ve launched a label THE HOWL. And exactly under its wing the debut album of the Ural band POGOST comes out. What is the difference between THE HOWL and ASSAVLT? In principle, no difference, except that we are willing to release new names and it turns out that there are really such ones! Uncompromisingly fast, brutal, heavy and at the same time more “traditional” bands, but always outstanding. And POGOST is the first among four planned currently. “…from the Eternal Chaos” is an absolutely striking dose of mortal hate in the archaic black/death style. The second blow will be Karelian band METI BHUVAH with the self-titled album. Damn! Raw, intense, primitive underground in the best traditions of Ildjarn!
