Sick Room 7 was vomited forth on Danish soil in May 2005 and released their first demo later on that year. In early 2006 the band was signed to the French label SOUNDSPHERIC Records, and in October 2006 the debut album “Hail Intolerance”, comprising demo “Crawling Words” and previously unreleased demo “ Hail Intolerance” came out.
Soon after that the chief of SOUNDSPHERIC Records died, and promotion and distribution of the album advanced with difficulties for a long period of time. Nevertheless, SICK ROOM 7 appeared on the world underground scene properly as one of undisputed innovators in metal as well as in ambient music, combining these two styles into dark and sick down-tempo.
Since that the band was in the process of constant improving of the material for a new album “Bottomfeeder Central”, working on sound, new techniques and other technical details in order to describe the morbid allegories born by their morbid imagination more precise and defiantly.
SICK ROOM 7 confirm the music with lyrics revolving around degradation and despair.
The core of the band is J.N (guitars, keyboards and vocals) and C.N (bass, drums and programming).
Today ASSAVLT REX and duo SICK ROOM 7 are ready to present another musical exorcism titled “Bottomfeeder Central”! This is a bitter pill which not every can swallow! More over, there will be no healing!!!
